From scrubbing down the topside after a voyage, to cleaning the galley, to making sure there's fuel in the tank, boat maintenance can be a lot of work. For a standard monthly fee, we clean the interior and exterior of your vessel and perform routine mechanical checks to ensure that your boat is ready and operational at all times. Additional items, such as mechanical maintenance, boat repair, restoration, yacht captains, and cruise planning, are available exclusively to our regular customers and are charged on a per project basis.

Maritime Services Group Yacht Management, LLC provides the following yacht management and maintenance services:

• Yacht management
  We design and implement a yacht maintenance schedule for your vessel and ensure its timely and exceptional performance, and verify compliance with USCG safety and carriage regulations. We track your boat's preventative maintenance schedule. On request, we can provide proposals for any desired upgrades.
• Routine boat cleaning
  We clean the interior and exterior of your yacht on a regular schedule. We pump and clean the heads, clean the galley, and keep your yacht fresh and dry. As stewards of our fragile eco-system, we strive to use environmentally-friendly products.
• Yacht repair and mechanical maintenance
  We review your boat and its equipment so everything is ready and operational at all times, and keep a log of all maintenance performed. Our own expert boat mechanic checks all of the fluid levels biweekly and makes recommendations about necessary maintenance and repairs. We check the running lights, run the engines to temperature, and check all systems to make sure they are in working order.
• Periodic maintenance
  Periodic items, such as compounding, detailing, waxing, and teak work (varnished or oiled), are performed by a qualified, experienced technician. We continually search for products and ways to use them to help provide a more durable finish in the Florida sun. Diving service, bottom cleaning, and search and recovery work are also available.
• Warranty support
  We work with boat and component manufacturers to ensure warranty items are corrected to their specifications and the owners' satisfaction.
• Hurricane protection planning
  We formulate and implement a hurricane plan for every yacht in our fleet. We are vigilant during storm warnings or other extreme weather conditions and take precautions to keep your boat safe and secure.
• Vessel storage assistance
  Out-of-season or just daily, we can help provide either slip rental or "high and dry", in-and-out storage for your vessel at various locations both in Collier County or selected other areas. If your yacht is on a lift, we see to the periodic maintenance, e.g., that the dock is maintained from the seawall out, cleaning, sealing, etc. We use qualified, licensed contractors who specialize in dock building, maintenance, and repair.
